Who I am

My name is Cristian Brocculi, and every day I help people from all over Italy — and beyond — experience Rimini not just as a destination, but as a true experience.

I work as a sales manager at the Aqua Hotel in Rimini, but this blog wasn’t created for work. It was born from a personal passion: to tell the story of the Rimini you won’t find in brochures—the one that surprises you around a bend in the hinterland or in a little square in the city center at sunset, when everyone else goes to the beach and you discover another way of feeling on holiday.

I created ScopriRimini.it to be the friendly voice that suggests where to go, what to taste, and which views not to miss—whether you’re planning your holiday… or already here and looking for something more.

What you can expect

Here you will find practical advice, but never trivial.
Not the usual “10 things to do” lists — but real stories, honest tips, and authentic views.
I’ll tell you about hidden trattorias, silent hills, off-the-beaten-path beaches, unmissable events, and curious stories that will make you experience Rimini as a traveler, not a distracted tourist.

My connection with Rimini

I am a Rimini native by adoption. I was born in San Mauro Pascoli, the land of Giovanni Pascoli, and have been living in Rimini for over twenty years.

I have seen it change.
I have seen it go from being a city of nightclubs to a capital of culture, beauty, and mindful hospitality.
I have seen it rise again with the Teatro Galli, the Museo Fellini, and Castel Sismondo.
And every day, working closely with tourists, families, couples, and solo travelers, I’ve learned to truly understand what they are looking for.

That’s why today I feel both the duty and the pleasure of sharing all this.
Because Rimini is so much more than you expect. And I’m here to prove it to you.
